Membership Options

Although most members of the OSU Emeriti Association are retired faculty or staff who worked on the Stillwater campus, individuals who worked at any of the campuses comprising the Oklahoma A&M System are also eligible to join. In addition, individuals who have a degree from OSU or who have a strong relationship with OSU but did not work at OSU-Stillwater are also eligible to join.'

The OSU Emeriti Association has two membership options:

Life memberships
Annual memberships
- Annual members who pay dues for a minimum of 10 years automatically become life members, with no additional dues charged.

Within each membership option, two levels of memberships exist:

Individual
Couple

Life memberships require a one-time payment of $200 for an individual membership and $250 for a couple's membership. On the other hand, annual memberships cost $25 for an individual membership and $35 for a couple's membership. New annual members who join between September 1 and December 31 in any given year receive free membership for the remainder of that year, and the payment that accompanies their application is applied to their account beginning on January 1 and continues for the remainder of that year.

The annual membership year runs from January 1 to December 31 of each year. Membership dues are deductibe to the full extent allowed by law. The Association is registered as a 501 3c corporation.
