Lawrence Roth, 86, passed away June 28, 2014, in Stillwater. He was born in Hillsboro, WI, and his wife of 60 years, Josephine “Jo” survives him. Larry received his B.S. in mechanical and agricultural engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He completed the M.S. and Ph.D. programs in agriculture engineering at Oklahoma State University where he was a professor for 35 years. Following his retirement from OSU, he consulted with the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization, which enabled him to work in many countries around the World. In addition to his wife, Jo, he is survived by a son and a daughter and their spouses as well as by several grandchildren.
