Floretta M. Wilson, 84, passed away January 1, 2017. She was born to John and Katie Mintz on March 16, 1932, in Custer City, OK. She and Aubra Wilson were married in Clinton, OK, on July 27, 1951. To this union, two children were born, a son, Kevin, and a daughter, Kimberly. Aubra’s work with the OSU Extension took them to Frederick, Beaver, and Woodward. Floretta worked in those communities for an accountant, a bank, and the county treasurer. Floretta and Aubra became residents of Stillwater in 1985, where she became involved in a number of activities of the First Methodist Church, including a missionary group and a prayer chain. In addition, Floretta and Aubra attended many OSU sporting events, OSU alumni activities, and became avid travelers. Floretta is survived by her husband, Aubra, of the home, her daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Darrell Sadler, Stillwater. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Dorothy Mintz, and her sister, Janet Bynum. Floretta was predeceased by her son, Kevin, her parents, a sister, Vi Jones, and a brother, Clifford Mintz.
