Alice Richardson, 83, was born on September 22, 1937, in Covington, KY, to George and Laura (Austin) Mistler and passed away in Stillwater, OK, on March 11, 2021.  Alice and Paul Richardson were married in Covington on May 3, 1958.  To this union, a daughter, Ruth, was born.  During their early years of marriage, Alice and Paul lived in Covington, where she worked for Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati while Paul completed his graduate studies.  In August, 1968, the family moved to Stillwater when Paul accepted a faculty position at OSU.  Alice completed a bachelor's degree in accounting at OSU in 1971.  She passed the exam to become a Certified Public Accountant in 1975.  On July 1, 1974, she became the OSU Student Union business manager, a position she held until retirement on July 31, 1997.  She was an active member of the Stillwater League of Women Voters for nearly 50 years, serving as its treasurer for many of the years she was a member.  She received a number of awards at the State LWV level.  Alice was also active in the Stillwater Habitat of Humanity in which she provided valuable work to the finance committee.  Alice was preceded in death by her husband, Pau, in February 2021, as well as by her parents a sister and two brothers.  She is survived by her daughter, Ruth (Kirk) Fillmore, a sister, Laura Tegstam, and a brother, Daniel.
